The contents of the magazine was created by staff and patients with occasional excerpts from other publications such as the Wandsworth Borough News.

File chiefly relates to the publication of the book, Victorian Incurables: a history of the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability by professor Gordon Cook. The correspondence relate to finding a publishing house for the book and editorial changes to the book.
