The register contains the name of the staff member, position, address, date of commencement and leaving date and reason and comments regarding the complaints. File includes printed filled in employment forms for domestic staff and a typescript letter regarding the salary rate for male attendants written by R M Villiers, Secretary to the Hospital, dated 29 January 1954.
Hardbound copy of the bills of quantities for ward reorganisation produced by Devereux, Mitchell and Price Davies in partnership with Bertram Carter. The volumes contains an itemised schedule and cost for building work at the hospital, with appendix including floor plans and architectural drawings.

Files containing the original lease for the purchase of the central London office for the RHI at Queen Victoria Street in 1898, and conveyance papers for the sale of land at West Hill to Wandsworth Council in 1964. Files also include trust deeds and settlements relating to the Lopes Chaplain Endowment Fund and the Waldo Sibthorpe bequest for the De Lancey Lowe room. Note: the lease for the original purchase of West Hill in 1863 is currently missing.

These can be broadly categorized as the following: house features and signs, including sample of 18th century clay flooring, marble colonnades and early twentieth century light switch; household utensils, such as engraved spoons; medical equipment, assistive technology and early wheelchair; branded lapel badges showing the change of names of the hospital and finally decorative gifts recieved by the hospital, including ornate cups and medals.
