Manuscript report of the 45th annual general meeting of the Hospital held at the Cannon Street Hotel, London on Friday 24 November 1899. The chair was Herbert John Allcroft. The transcript includes a lengthy discussion of the inclusion of female members on the Hospital's Board of Management, which was previously raised the previous year and was also eventually dismissed.
