The first volume dates from 1936-1962, with the following volume covering 1962 to 1993 and the third being 1993 to 1998.

Register of deaths of patients from April 1973 to March 2000. Entries include name of the patient, date admitted, case book number, whether they are inmate or pensioner and date of death.
