Minutes of the House Committee dating from 24 January 1906 to 18 December 1907. The minutes are handwritten and indexed and has two typescript enclosures including a medical report on whether an admitted patients was actually 'incurable' and whether he should remain at the hospital, 1906 (p79).

Minutes of the House Committee dating from 19 July 1911 to 16 July 1913. The minutes are handwritten and indexed. The volume includes enclosures, including a press cutting of a newspaper job advert for a steward for the hospital, a report by the medical officer on stimulants (alcohol) with patients at the hospital and manuscript tables relating to staff numbers and costs.

Christmas appeal written by the Rev. Thomas W Aveling D.D., that gives an account of a visit to the hospital. In the pamphlet, the author visits the female and the male wards and communal areas and provides descriptions of some of the patients that he encounters. The volume has an introduction by the Hospital's Secretary, Frederic Andrews, who states that due to the popularity of the pamphlet that it had been reproduced for two years' running.
