This series contains photographic images, negatives and mounted slides. Photographic material, c.1906-present, contain images of the building and grounds, staff and patients, publicity images of services, events and VIP visits.
Various sized photographs of the hospital building and grounds, including early picture postcards of the interior and exterior of the hospital, c.1908-1930; aerial photographs of the hospital, c. 1946-1960; photographs of construction of Chatsworth Wing, 1974, and later Draper's Wing, 1983-1990.
Mixed photographs prints and negatives of various services and therapies, including examples of assistive technology created for patients in the Biomedical Department, 1980s; religious service at the hospital and occupational therapy session activities, such as basket weaving.
Various artefacts relating to the history of the hospital and the West Lodge estate, Putney Heath. These can be broadly categorized as the following: house features and signs, including sample of 18th century clay flooring, marble colonnades and early twentieth century light switch; household utensils, such as engraved spoons; medical equipment, assistive technology and early wheelchair; branded lapel badges showing the change of names of the hospital and finally decorative gifts recieved by the hospital, including ornate cups and medals.

The film includes additional footage shots of the construction of the Chatsworth Wing and footage of the John Howard's Convalescent Home in Brighton, which the hospital had recently taken over. File includes correspondence between the hospital and representatives of the Privy Purse, HRH Prince Charles, and members of the public regarding changing the name; an annotated list of alternative names drawn up; report on the case for changing the charity's name; notes from a meeting with J Walter Thompson, the marketing and communications firm, regarding name change, 1987. File also includes a letter from HRH Prince Charles congratulating the Development Trust for the Young Disabled new appeal for a 45 bed unit in November 1986.

The volume is indexed and also includes manuscript and typescript inserts chiefly relating to letters and reports by Walter P Wright regarding the condition of the hospital garden. The minutes include multiple entries regarding the dismissal and subsequent re-hiring of five male attendants, who were dismissed for being 'conscientious objectors'.

Typescript minutes of the House Committee dating from 13 January 1965 to 11 December 1968. The minutes are indexed and include some inserts including a proposal to build a day nursery through a substantial donation by a Mr Blott. The Board debated the proposal and rejected due to Mr Blott's condition to be allowed to visit patients to persuade them to read Christian Science literature.
