Green hardback vellum volume with the following dimensions: 240mm (l) 205mm (w) x 50mm (h). The front cover is engraved in gold lettering with the following title: "Royal Hospital Board minutes 1863.". The inside cover of the volume contains a leather document case containing two folded manuscript documents relating to an undated meeting.
